Aleandro Cachia

I'm a freelance IT engineer and consultant based in Malta. For over a decade I've kept mission-critical systems running and security-sensitive environments, the kind of places where downtime and data loss simply aren't an option.

My work is hands-on and spans the whole stack: Linux servers, high-availability and failover, backups and disaster recovery, monitoring, and the automation and day-to-day operations that keep a business online. Over the years I've worked with everything from large-scale service-provider infrastructure to highly sensitive systems where reliability and security have to come first.

Now I bring that same discipline to small and medium businesses that need their infrastructure looked after properly, without the cost of a full in-house team. Whether it's setting things up, securing them, or being the person you call when something breaks, my job is simple, to make sure the systems your business depends on just work.
